INCLUSIVE IMPACT: THE FIRST DAY OF TRAINING IS A SUCCESS. THE WORDS OF VICE PRESIDENT PAOLO DOINO

A wonderful day yesterday that marked the first training stage of the Inclusive Impact Roma City FC affiliation project. An afternoon between the classroom and the field, which saw the participation of over 40 technicians from the Affiliated Companies in person and remotely more than 50 coaches who followed the training day: Andrea Campolattano , assistant coach of the First Team and Inclusive Impact trainer, Loris Carbonelli and Fabiano Battista , Inclusive Impact trainers, spoke. Special guest of the meeting, Juan Josè Fernandez , coach of the Valencia CF Academy who “told” the method and work philosophy of the Spanish Club oriented towards training talents at home and the valorization of young footballers.

The opening of the proceedings was entrusted to the Vice President Paolo Doino , to the Sports and Organizational Director Giorgio Abeni and to the Head of the Competitive Youth Sector and Football School Clemente Longo.

Vice President Paolo Doino himself wanted to express all his satisfaction at the end of the evening: "Days like this, based on discussion and sharing are essential to continue growing. The Inclusive Impact project is a fundamental initiative for us that allows us to make our model, work methodology and structure known. Opening the Riano Athletic Center to the technicians of the affiliated companies has a profound meaning for us who want to look to the future by investing in young people, working on the field to create value and share it with others: the goal is to improve all together, we never stop growing and learning. The presence - then - of Juan Josè Fernandez of Valencia CF, in addition to being an important opportunity for training and study, was the occasion to introduce the Spanish Club to the Riano Athletic Center, a facility that I would define as unique. I thank all those who attended, the staff who contributed to the organization of the day and Valencia CF. We must continue on this path – as also shared by President Tonino Doino – we must invest in events and moments of this kind to strengthen the Roma City FC project: a beautiful training day that marks only the beginning of the journey, full steam ahead.”
